Bought for my wife to journal. My father was an amateur bookbinder. He would have approved. The embossing on the front cover is very detailed. The paper has a sepia shade and is ruled. Overall it is good.

This one arrived quickly, however, it is much smaller than it appears. however, it is thick and serves the same purpose as one of the regular sizes. easier to carry with you at this size.
